Beth and Dan did an outstanding job as our real estate agents. They’re both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and able to act quickly in a hot housing market. We were out of state for most of the process of buying our home and they kept us informed the entire time. We found a potential house via their website and when they learned another prospective buyer had a walk-through scheduled the upcoming Saturday we had to act fast. Beth did a video call walk-through with us on Wednesday and the place looked good to all of us. We flew out to do an in-person walk-through on Saturday with the two of them and still no red flags so they helped us put together a successful bid!
