With a passion for building relationships, problem-solving, and creating victories, we are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Married for 31 years, with 3 grown children and 3 beloved dogs, we have deep roots in the Colorado Front Range. Having lived here our entire lives, we truly appreciate all that Colorado has to offer—from outdoor adventures to time spent with family and friends. Whether we're camping, boating, hiking, hunting, or exploring new places, we believe in fully embracing the beauty of the Colorado outdoors.

Professionally, we bring a wealth of experience to our real estate team, The Haven Team. Dan has an extensive background in the construction industry, with expertise ranging from building homes, installing hardwood flooring, cabinetry, and irrigation systems, to wholesale sales of construction products. His diverse skill set allows us to offer a unique perspective when working with clients.

Beth’s background in Social Work and Early Childhood Development has shaped her empathetic approach to every interaction. Having spent many years as a Case Manager and Advocate for families and children with special needs, she understands the importance of addressing each family’s unique needs with care, understanding, and without judgment.

Together, we combine our expertise and values to offer a real estate experience that goes beyond transactions, prioritizing our clients' success and satisfaction. As The Haven Team, we pride ourselves on being the partners you want by your side.

We also believe in giving back to our community. Over the years, we’ve volunteered with various non-profits close to our hearts. Dan has coached youth soccer locally for 24 years, while Beth has volunteered in their kids' schools, mom’s groups, churches, sports teams, and various charitable organizations. Currently, we serve as Chaplains for the Greater Brighton Fire Protection District, continuing our commitment to supporting and enriching the lives of others.
